Seeing as the game is ONLY offered digitally in the west, all customers should have received this character. Many players have emailed and tweeted to their respective region's Bandai Namco accounts that they have not received the advertised content and have been met with responses saying if you did not pre-order before July 30th you dont get the character, essentially boiling down to 'tough luck'.ĭespite their promo content never stating this condition and in fact stating explicitly otherwise, that if you purchased the game digitally before August 31 2020, you would get this character. Many players have not received this content at all despite meeting the conditions stated in their promotional material. However, they have made conflicting statements in regards to the conditions to receive this exclusive content in different promotional videos, as well as on the PSN store.

Bandai Namco have mentioned this content in most of their promotional material before release, from all of the different regional divisions of the company's youtube channels.

With the release of Gundam Extreme VS Maxi Boost ON for PS4, there was an exclusive in-game character 'Barbatos Lupus Rex' offered.
